Personal data processed

When you request an appointment, only the following data is processed: full name, phone number, appointment topic and appointment time. No health information or free-text description of symptoms is requested or collected through this website.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to create, remind you of and, where needed, change your appointment, on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the Law: processing that is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Health data that arises during a consultation is processed in the clinic’s patient records under Article 6 of the Law and the applicable health regulations; it is not stored on this website.

Transfers

Your data is shared only with the provider of the appointment system and, where legally required, with authorised public bodies. It is not transferred to third parties for advertising or marketing.

Retention

Appointment data is kept for the period required by the applicable regulations, counted from the appointment date, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies and contains no third-party tracking tools. Visit statistics are measured in aggregate, without identifying information.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
